We guarantee that our maple syrup is a 100% pure, non-altered product free of aromatic or colouring agents, additives and contaminants. It is obtained exclusively from maple water. The expiration date confirms that it will be safe for consumption until that date. However, the expiration date is no guarantee that the product will retain its original colour (transmittance) or taste. Our products should be stored in a cool place and away from light. The light and the heat may alter their colour. If you are not satisfied with the quality of the product received, please contact us at your earliest convenience.
