Maple producers for over four generations, the Côté family have completed many innovative projects. The owner, Denis Côté, overcame obstacles and succeeded in marketing his products with pride. 

2004

The son of Denis, Billy, who always accompanied his father in the activities of the company developed an interest for production. In 2004, Denis decided to sell him a portion of his land with 10,000 taps, which is now under Billy's responsibility.

2012

L’Érablière Denis Côté inc.
We welcome you to the Saint-Quentin area, the maple capital of Atlantic. We are located in the highlands of the Restigouche and Tobique River in the Appalachian mountain range near Mount Carleton Provincial Park-Maritimes' highest peak with a height of 820 meters.

1940

It all started in the 1940s with Denis' grandfather, Thomas Côté, and his 2 sons Robert and Léo. 

1972

In 1972, Leo started his own production of maple syrup on his private lands.

1976

In 1976, Denis bought facilities from his father leo who helped with production for several years after.
Today, the Côté Family owns a sugar bush of 100 000 taps on an area of 400 hectares. The annual production is close  to 460 000 pounds of maple syrup. The processing plant of maple product with an area of 6,800 square feet with the ability to transform the annual harvest and to bottled a new generation of water, sap water, named DAVIA
